First floor Guest bedrooms are equipped with flat screen colour TV with digital Freesat, mini cooler, drinks making facilities with selection box and biscuits, radio/alarm clock, and hair dryer.

Our lovely generously sized rooms give you plenty of space for you and your belongings, with no question of you feeling shoehorned into a cramped area.

The En-suite rooms have been completely refurbished and include toilet, basin, full width step up shower, razor sockets, heating and complimentary toiletries

Porthpean Room: - Double En-suite room with luxury King sized bed and comfortable seating. £80.00 per night
Polkerris Room :- En-suite Family/Twin/ King Double room £80. 00 (double) or £85.00 (twin) per night. Children using 2nd bed £30.00 or 3rd adult £40.00 Newly refurbished with King sized bed with luxury mattress.
Single occupation of either en-suite room £45.00(low season)- £70.00
10% discount for 5 night stays
